You can book directly through our website or contact us via phone or email. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.
2. When do bookings close?

All bookings close 24 hours before departure. Please make sure to book in advance so we can accommodate your dietary needs and any special requests.
3. Can I make changes to my booking?

Changes or cancellations within 24 hours of departure are not possible. For changes made more than 24 hours in advance, we’re happy to help—administration fees may apply.
4. What if I can’t make the tour?

No-shows: Unfortunately, no refunds apply.

If we cancel a tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered a reschedule or full refund.
5. Are your tours suitable for children?

Yes! Many of our experiences are family-friendly. Specific age or height restrictions may apply for certain activities, like quad biking or surfing lessons, so please touch base if your looking to bring anyone under the age of 16 years.

7. Are meals included?

Yes! Meals and tastings are included in all our full-day tours. Please let us know any dietary requirements or meal choices at the time of booking so we can cater for you.

Your safety is our priority. All activities are guided by trained professionals, and we provide the necessary equipment for each experience. Please follow your guide’s instructions at all times.
9. Can I book a private or customised tour?

10. Do you operate in all weather conditions?

Most tours run in light rain, but some activities may be rescheduled for safety reasons. If this happens, you’ll be offered a reschedule or refund.
11. How long are your tours?

Half-day tours: Approximately 4–5 hours

Full-day tours: Approximately 7–8 hours

12. Do you provide transport?

Yes! Transport between included activities is provided on all our tours. Pick up locations need to be provided at time of booking.
