At Port Stephens Bay and Beyond Tours, we want your experience to be easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. To make sure everything runs smoothly, please take a moment to read through our booking terms.

 

Bookings

 

• All bookings close 24 hours before departure.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

• Please let us know any dietary requirements and meal choices if applicable when you book so we can cater for you.

 

Payments

• Payment in full is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Changes

​

• No shows: Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide refunds for missed tours.

• Within 24 hours: Cancellations or changes can’t be made after the 24-hour cut-off and 100% cancelation fee will apply

• More than 48 hours in advance: You can cancel or reschedule (an admin fee may apply.)

• If we ever need to cancel a tour due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

 

On the Day

​

• Please be ready on time— Your individual pick up time and address will be confirmed the day before your tour. Late departures may mean miss departure times for activities, and refunds don’t apply in this case.

• Our tours operate rain or shine, but if conditions are unsafe, we’ll be in touch with alternatives.

• Some tours need a minimum number of guests to run. If this happens, we’ll offer to reschedule or refund you.

 

Safety & Responsibility

• We work with trusted local partners for some experiences (like cruises, surf lessons, and quad biking). While they run their own activities, we’ve chosen them for their safety and professionalism.

• Please follow the guidance of your tour host and activity operators at all times.

• Travel insurance is recommended for peace of mind.
